The Apprenticeship Team format will allow graduate students to:
- Acquire professional training through their own Educative Projects, which will be fully functional because it will be directly connected to an excellent definition of their needs by themselves and for themselves, and will be self-determined, self-directed and dialogical within teams sharing common interests and a common philosophy.
- Acquire professional training that directly focuses on their professional tasks, goals, and their current professional function.
- Acquire multipurpose intervocational training providing interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary skills beyond their discipline and across workplaces, with aptitudes common to a variety of situations and professions.
- Acquire personal training that can serve as a multifold human resource as it will develop self-training and reflective abilities.
